Tuesday the 23rd of April 2019

First day back and what can I say, I am shattered after watching Game of Thrones last night which made me a couple minutes late but nobody noticed that, tehe.

Our first lesson was its own big fanfare of “What have you all done over half term?” which was bloody boring I could’t have been more excited for Chris to stop going on so we could get something productive done.

Turns out we have a whole unit that was mean’t to be set over half term but you know Chris didn’t do that so we have to get that done as soon as possible so we can then start on our next big project called Unit 8 which I am sort of looking forward too.

But now I have to draw up/write up and then type up a practice routine that depicts what I go through on a day to day basis to help me achieve grade six. Then on top of that I have to write eight diary entries, four describing the progression I am making by using that practice routine and then another four telling you how I am coming along practising for my solo performance, which may I add is next Monday.

So I have a lot of stuff to do until we break up for summer and these daily blog posts will become the least of my worries which I am sorry about.

Our next gig, the showcase, is on the Thirteenth of June and it will consist of what our college has to show with creative arts which will be interesting. Also my band may be playing Wickham Music Festival so keep your eyes peeled.

Rehearsal was a bit naff as no one has learned there parts apart from me which was disappointing so we sat around discussing what we are going to do next in and outside of college.

I could not get any work done in class today as it was so loud with everyone talking to each other so I took the day as a lay back and take in my surroundings and then I will come back full force next week whilst I complete the majority of my work over the weekend whilst I have nothing to do then also.
